We are very proud to announce that the opera singer Åsa JÄger has been appointed the first ”Alumnus Musica” at the School of Music at Örebro University. On Monday, December 19, she is soloist at the traditional Christmas concert in the Nikolai Church in Örebro.

This first Alumnus Musica has been awarded to Åsa Jäger, opera singer. She has, with her initial training at the Academy of Music at Örebro University as a base, further developed in the opera genre, and stands on the threshold of a promising career. She has shown that you can succeed with hard efforts and artistic focus. Åsa is a good role model for our students and a good ambassador for the College of Music and the University of Örebro.
