We’re delighted to announce that the divertissement at the Nobel Banquet 2019 is created, arranged and conducted by Hans Ek – arranger & conductor and co-produced by our manager Håkan Ekman!
This year’s theme is ”The Earth We Inherited” (”Jorden vi ärvde”), and Hans has arranged all music based on both old and contemporary Swedish ballad tradition such as Bellman, Taube and Vreeswijk.
Lisa Nilsson and Magnus Carlson are the evening’s soloists, accompanied by the Örebro-based Swedish Chamber Orchestra.
Håkan is co-producing this year’s divertissement together with Marie-Louise Sid-Sylwander.
We couldn’t be prouder to have the honor of being a part of this spectacular evening, and we hope you’ll join us (as well as 1 million+ Swedish viewers) in watching it live on SVT on December 10th!
